30 Days to Decide
You have 30 days from your delivery date to send an item back.
Return Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached, along with your order number. Final sale and clearance items are not eligible unless stated otherwise on the product page.
Zero Cost to You
Every return through Low Ann's Boutique is completely free — no return shipping charge, no restocking fee, no fine print.
The Process
- Head to our Return Center on our website and submit your return with your order number and the item(s) you're sending back.
- Our team reviews and approves eligible returns, typically within 1–2 business days.
- A free prepaid return shipping label is emailed to you — just print it, attach it to your package, and drop it off.
Getting Your Refund
Once your returned item is received and checked, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement or exchange — no return label required for our error.
Changing or Canceling an Order
Orders move into processing fast. Cancellations can only be made in exceptional circumstances and only before your order ships — reach out immediately if you need to make a change.
